Cropped Out

I have been loving the look of a great cropped jean lately, now comes the decision of which route to go...I love the dark wash of the 7 for All Mankind, but the CofH's look great with the loose fit, and really embrace the boyfriend style. What do you think?

I love Essie nail polish, but when it comes to really trendy colors (hello mint green or lavender), I tend to stick with the cheaper brands. But, I can't go without an Essie top coat, currently I'm loving "Good to Go". (here)

I loved the color of Bethenny's striped dress on cover of Self this past month, so I had to do some coral nails!

Big City Living

My sweet Momma & I spent all of last week in NYC! We had such a wonderful time!! I've never been to the city in the Spring time, and the weather was beautiful. It's a whole different city compared to when we go during the holidays. We were able to walk all over the place & shopped till we dropped!! It was good to get away with her for a girls' trip & to really spend some uninterrupted time with my Mom. That doesn't happen very often--we're always with everyone else & our visits come in spurts.  I cherish our relationship & friendship even more as I get older. She's such a gem!!!

Things I'm Loving

Tiring Petey out from a long walk, he loves how cool our floors are when we return!

Gorgeous flowers with the sweetest note showing up at my store today! I've got one amazing guy!! He'll be gone on a work trip all weekend, and won't return till late Sunday. The card said "Wish I could spend Easter with you!" Aww, my heart melts.

How adorable & sweet is this pup? He is the very best snuggle buddy, and he doesn't mind watching nothing but Bravo!

This dog loves him some sun roofs & especially loves when the top is down on my bug!

Vibrant colors all around my deck & front porch, bring on the sunshine!

Spent an afternoon at home depot & nurseries with my Momma, I've got more plants, veggies, and flowers than I can handle. Seriously, I'm out of pots.

Spring is off to quite the grand start. I've had so many wonderful blessings lately, the sunshine just makes all those even sweeter. I'm so excited the Summer time! The boy and I have some incredibly fun trips planned! Beach for 7 glorious sunny days, North Carolina mountain weekend for a fam trip, spring river for a "roughing" it trip with lots of rafting, Boston for his birthday, spa/pool weekend for my birthday, & maybe a few others in the works! Bring on those getaways!!
